There are no pros in Qless.
Cons
The work environment of Qless is toxic and unpleasant for most employees. The only ones who don’t think so are the favorites or those who are too ignorant and oblivious. We have very abusive supervisors here who use intimidation to manipulate employees.

Pros
The product has all the potential to succeed and become a famous and successful company. The engineering and product team is made up of really professional and smart individuals who are ready to push boundaries, and it is inspiring to be part of the team. The culture of the company has changed a lot, and I can say that I am happy to be here surrounded by people who have similar goals. I love that the company cares for its employees and does everything for us so that we can feel valued.
Cons
Nothing that I was unfamiliar with before joining the team. The workload sometimes is super high, which can lead to exhaustion.
