      Poor Onboarding Experience, Micro Management and structure

      Only positive thing is the remotely working and the assets provided.

      Cons

      Frequent Layoffs which also is applicable for new joiners who are 2-3 months in the system which makes the organisation completely unreliable and not safe to join. I do not recommend anyone to join this organisation at all. Its better to join a consulting or service based organisation rather than joining here. Poor Onboarding experience. You have to find out on your own. Lack of Documentation. No walkthrough. Micro Management. They talks about culture but its poor work culture and micro management and politics is there. Streamlined structure is not there and you are expected to deliver without any proper KT and expectation is to deliver for start of the project for a new joiner.
