Pros

Great salary. Flexible hours. Technology with good potential.

Cons

Impossible to reach targets. MEA Strategie unclear. Not enough real pipeline. Branding isn't very good. Too many people working on the same task. Upper management seems too detached from local business.

Pros

Qlik leadership continues to ask the tough questions internally and create strategies that will set the company up for success in 2026. This is no easy feat considering the geopolitical / economic world is so unstable and the world of AI is on a seemingly vertical growth curve. What continues to impress me is that employees are given a voice to shape how the company delivers on these strategies. Qlik invests in employees career growth with curated on-line courses (all free through Qlik) and will pay for select course work to help support career development. The Qlik for All (DEIB) program has been a massive success providing a platform for employees to stand-up Employee Resource Groups (ERG). The ERGs have members from all over the globe connecting and building community around shared identities and experiences, always welcoming allies.

Cons

cons... the Business Intelligence, Data Integration, Agentic software world changes every day with so many ethical and environmental stressors for delivering our products to customers. What is our 'north star' to guide us through this uncharted landscape, so we don't lose our humanity while making a profit?

Thanks for the great review and wonderful to see you advocating for our Qlik for All and ERG programs - cannot agree more! Also, being heavily involved in the roll out of Eightfold, I'd be remiss if I didn't point you towards this new platform as your one stop shop for all things regarding Career Development and coursework/additional learning - this will be an absolute gamechanger for those Qlikkies who embrace it (and for our candidates as well - check out Talent Network if you haven't already!). Regarding your Cons/Advice to management, you're absolutely right to be asking these questions yourself - how we find this balance between profitability, customer success and ethics will be key as we enter into 2026 and beyond, and I'd imagine given all the work we put into our ESG and Sustainability, this will feature heavily in the next report - keep your eyes peeled for that as well! Best regards, Qlik - Culture and Talent Team
