      Pros

      Nice Pay Check that gets deposited every two weeks.

      Cons

      Don't question anyone above you. Their Hubris will crush you for thinking differently. Screw the customer over and try to get them to pay for Professional Services that you should have provided up front because Sense is not Enterprise ready. If you are focused on the next big sale then this is the place for you. Just be ready to move on when you start to see the warning signs. You will come in one day and someone on the account team is gone, and you won't know if they left on their own, or were pushed out. Toxic environment that used to be great. They lost their Swedish Soul.

      Pros

      Very open atmosphere. Great product. Great people. Loved working there. Strategic direction is (was) very clear and well communicated. Peoples first approach.

      Cons

      Not an enterprise solution in an enterprise market. Perceived as tool. Portfolio too narrow. Pricing strategy is contra productive in different markets. But this is maybe old information.
