      Pros

      Low stress, nice people (who you might not be able to relate to). Good salary. The non-american offices can be fun.

      Cons

      This is an established mid-size tech company. The average age of people working here is maybe 45. There are a lot of starched shirts and khaki pants - too much. It is super corporate. The culture DOES NOT EXIST in the California office, much of the time it is empty. People do not hang out, and if they do it is uncomfortable. Although the job itself is low stress, working here gave me a real existential crisis. Not much there there.

      Pros

      Loved the green culture. Great technology helped create new market in business intelligence. Solid seed and grow strategy in the emerging years.

      Cons

      Superior technology with inferior marketing which allowed inferior solution to become market leader. Cumbersome go to market strategy for such a young company.

      Pros

      The company is growing in a rapid pace with constant changes. Management is listening to what the market wants and with the platform approach of more products to solve most BI-needs the company stands strong for the future. If you like to work with great technology Qlik is the place to be but you need to be willing to learn new things all the time.

      Cons

      Has been slow to releasing a cloud offer but it is getting better. Not much bad to say about a company like Qlik.
