      WAS FUN. Lots of work =but also lots of fun with god people.

      Cons

      went public. public companies have no concept of fun. preipo companies are much more lucrative and fun.

      The company culture is great. Some very talented people work for the company. No matter which part of the organization I interact with, I am constantly amazed at how good people are at what they do and how committed they are.

      Pros

      Innovative, creative people, great software and a lot of passion for the product(s) and what they can offer. Challenging environment, lots of flexibility in how/where you work, autonomy, some great colleagues

      Cons

      Lots of politics, lots of cliques, too many senior leaders for the size of the organisation, some of whom are more interested in their own success than that of the company overall, becoming too complex for its size, too many initiatives on the agenda all at once
