      Pros

      Great company with interesting products on the market. I am convinced that we have the best BI products on the market.

      Cons

      Extreme focus from the management on the CRM system. If it is not in the system, it is not happening.

      Pros

      There are good and friendly co-workers, and an international yearly company retreat. International presence ensures you get to work with a diverse group of people.

      Cons

      New management trying hard to impress and coming off as desperate. The feel of the company has changed over the years to where we employees are more a number on a spreadsheet than a person on the team.
