High Performance growth culture and an agile business. If you're a self starter and you like a fast pace with high levels of autonomy and authority, then you'll like it here. If you want a predictable 9-5 where you're told what to do, then this isn't for you. In sales, the commission plan means that if you can sell, you can make money and get paid the following month and the commission rates are some of the highest in the market. The road map and platform offerings keeps on improving
Cons
Still some growing pains around processes. No stock purchase programme for employees and quite a limited stock option scheme. Culture can be schizophrenic and swings between Swedish and American.
