      Pros

      Strong product and product team, good culture. They invest heavily in their people and expect great things in return. Very strong sales organisation.

      Cons

      Some growing pains in IT. Being a global company is a challenge and communication can take time across multiple timezones.

      - Collegiate environment; - Opportunity to add value and get involved in many project areas if you want to

      Cons

      - salary is generally very low; - promotion here can stunt you in terms of added responsibility and a sealing on potential salary that is no where near market rate; - Short sighted spend in stupid areas and not on keeping/attracting the best employees; - Great staff end up leaving and Qlik does little to hold on to them; - scared to get rid of employees that are work-shy.
