Company still has a very good business intelligence offering in QlikView, however Qlik Sense lack a large number of basic capabilities found in original product.

Cons

Company refuses to accept the reality of market pressures and soon will start loosing market share to it major competitor.

Pros

If you can manage to be on the right side of the inner circle you will succeed. If you exceed plan you get to keep your job

Cons

Major competitor beating us over the place and is deduced to be a lack of sales execution. As with all Stack vendor exec ran companies...each year requires massive change. There was a complete reorganization in 2015, it is February and the reps have no idea what their territories are. Turn over is insane.

some management overly focused on short-term thinking. Poor training and bonus. Lack of communication between management and staff
