      Pros

      Communication of values Social events, time off for volunteering, annual company summit, potential for global travel. Company product strategy, market share and growth; positive regard from customers and industry experts.

      Cons

      Lack of career advancement, compensation, lack of mentor program. Management speaks about building and strengthening the culture and it seems sincere, but it is not visible. There is little to no emphasis on developing the internal talent the company has. Perhaps that will change as Qlik continues to mature.

      Very strong, competitive product offerings now even stronger with the availability of Qlik Sense Quarterly bonus based on clearly defined deliverables Good benefits Dynamic company with great opportunities for those who want to do more Not micromanaged - a positive if you are a self starter Significant changes in senior management seem to have resolved the issues people mentioned in previous reviews because I have not seen or experienced the same thing Great work/life balance. You will have busy weeks which is to be expected in any company with major product releases and quarterly sales quotas.

      Cons

      I haven't really experienced any cons except perhaps - the very long hiring/interviewing process - some people/mid-managers don't buy into the "Challenge" core value
