      They grew too quickly too soon, now they are suffering. Marketing need to focus more on Big Data.

      They did well to grow so fast by spending too much. Now they need to maintain by investing and marketing Big Data, Hassop etc.

      Cons

      They have too many employees and marketing has been hype, now they are suffering. Marketing need to focus on Big Data and this has to be done fast. You have too many smaller competitors emerging fast. All Big Data. Focus on big data fast before one of the smaller competitors take your customers.
