Pros

- Qlik has a genuinely collaborative and supportive culture. I worked with some of my career's most innovative and most generous colleagues. - The product is strong, especially regarding data visualization and analytics. There’s a lot to be proud of when talking to customers. -Remote flexibility and work-life balance are solid. Leadership is respectful of personal time and gives you room to operate.

Cons

Qlik's direction has felt inconsistent over the last few years. Multiple re-orgs and shifting priorities created confusion on long-term strategy. Communication from leadership can be vague or delayed, making it hard to stay aligned and motivated. Career progression isn’t clearly defined. Unless you’re very proactive, growth opportunities can be limited.
