the salary, that's about it. Nothing more. It was a pretty boring place to work.

Cons

I had 4 bosses in 6 months, hard to get anything done with the Europeans, since they always seemed to be on vacation. I don't think many people broke a sweat there. Not enough work to do leaves too much time for back stabbing and gossip. That's all some folks did in the office I was in. Management is a joke. It will be interesting to see heads rolls as the new bosses take over. Wish I could be around for the fun!

Quality of people, Matrix approach to management, strong leadership, this product in the industry, makes it easy to sell, makes it easy to keep customers happy.

Cons

Difficult to advance professionally because of how the organization is structured, Plus some level of politics. Positions of leadership are hired from outside, usually from previous acquaintances and usually not advertised internally.
