Personnel diversion is still happening one year after the acquisition, some original teams could stay unstable in the next few years

Pros

The company has a great product and is constantly innovating around it which builds confidence in the leadership and the direction of the company. We say we are hybrid but in reality is very remote friendly which makes it a big perk in these days because that’s so hard to find

Cons

Salaries could be improved. They say they are competitive with the market but that’s not really true. No bonus for ICs, only Dr. level and above and there is no sort of LTI. Too many politics that you need ti navigate which sometimes can make it hard to innovate Since the company is stable there aren’t much growth opportunities unless someone resigns
