Working at Qlik has been an incredibly positive experience for me. The environment is supportive and fast-paced, which keeps things exciting. I have a fantastic relationship with my team and the Finance department. The senior leaders are genuinely approachable and take the time to connect with me. I've had the chance to take on more responsibilities and grow professionally. Trust and communication here are excellent. Qlik really encourages us to take our PTO and supports vacation time. The collaboration between different teams is something I truly appreciate.

Cons

One area that could improve is the IT support during the onboarding process. I encountered some minor difficulties with getting certain software and applications. However, the team was very helpful and assisted me in navigating through the process.
