Established company with existing revenues, good FAE management, very good way to make connections with Tier 1 customers if you are in the right product line, not too tight on travel budget, target bonus typically exceeded.

Cons

Sales managers can be greasy.

You are just a number, your idea/opinions and suggestions are just a waste of time People in management positions are unqualified and not knowledgeable on what they are assigned to do, they are yes people They will get rid of you in a minute Talk to good story on lean principles but it is just talk, no follow up no enforcement They have recently been bought by Skyworks because they lost their biggest customer due to quality issues
