For the past 2-3 years there has been a major shift in Upper Management and HR. Both are honestly, terrible at this point. Rumors and employee talk of this are everywhere. CEO apparently has no idea, or just does not care, that employees who really want the company to succeed are routinely berated and treated poorly by upper management. Honest attempts by employees to improve and ask questions are targeted by management and given poor reviews for bringing up any issues that threaten management. There are too many Directors and senior managers many of which only have one or two people reporting to them. This too is widely discussed among salaried and hourly employees. The favorite saying now among employees regarding management is "Keep your head down". All pride in the company has been replaced by an atmosphere of management oppression. There is a very caustic feeling within Qorvo and, unfortunately, it has become a miserable place to work especially if you wind up under one of these Directors or Vice Presidents. Nepotism, favoritism, pretty much any negative talk regrading management is not just an isolated point of conversation among employees it's widespread and daily.
I know when you are looking for a job, Qorvo may seem worth a look but there is rot in the foundation. You won't see or hear of it until the house falls in on you.
