      Nothing much. Just an offshore HQ

      Cons

      old school management team from manufacturing background. Disconnected with market best practice on how to attract and retain new talents. Always focus on cost saving. You are expected to perform despite limited investment in modern tools and solution. Lots of manual processes. You gets only 16 days annual leave which is one of the lowest in the market and they still expect you to respond to email during your off day
