      Good learning opportunities for a growing RF Engineer early in their career. Work on products that sell by the hundreds of millions and can visualize their positive impact in the market. Great initiatives taken for health awareness and wellness.

      Cons

      Less flexibility to move around and start new things if experienced. If individual is interested in working on various Analog/RFIC components, then opportunity is limited to just a few front end blocks. Schedule Vs Expectations do not always track.

      Very smart and hardworking people A lot of knowledge, long tenured employees Pretty good benefits

      Cons

      All work all the time with no breaks - seem to always push us to do more with less - high burnout No strategy for future growth Not appealing for Millennial generation - older workforce with no interest in modern trends
