      Good place if you wanted to retire

      uninteresting work - small chip part supplier to the mobile and enterprise AP market too much stress to execute for too little a pay off salaries 30% below market rate in the valley - why not just move the satellite office in SJC to Oregon or Texas or North Carolina

      I have seen a great planner who was with the company more than 14 months not get hired because the trainer did not simply like her, there is favoritism and very clique. The trainer knows her work, but she is not a people person and I have seen and heard her short of screaming at new hires, she is NOT the person to train new hires. Advice to prospect employees - stay away from NPI Planning group and be prepared to work at night or weekends as well
