      -Very proffesional and international environment. -Multiple opportunities to learn and work with cutting edge technology in interesting projects. -Flexible working time.

      Cons

      -Poor skilled middle management . How are you going to manage a team if you lack the basics... -A lot of politics, promotion of employees based on relashionships not on performance. Managershave sometimes dificulties to identify who is performing. -Not well seen in the company the internal transfer (to US). If you ask for the transfer you are seen as a traitor. -Internal competion between sites is too strong, leading to unmotivation of employees. -The flexibel working times become sometimes a bad work to life balance.
