Coming from 25+ years of experience, the leadership here and management style is the most laid back I've ever seen - no micro-management - just be the professional they trust you to be.

Cons

Company holds a smaller market share in comparison - and corporate growth appears to be much slower than the competition - due to its smaller size - pay and bonuses/benefits are reflective of that. Texas Instruments is the Ferrari, while Qorvo is the Corvette I suppose.
