Pros
Most of the people here are amazing, easily the best part of Qstream and why I stayed around as long as I did. Culture is great. Free lunch on Wednesdays and plenty of snacks and drinks.
Cons
Had a first round of layoffs, where the CEO told the rest of the company there would absolutely not be another round of layoffs and that everyone's job was safe. Proceeded to have another round of layoffs weeks later. Upper management is a mess, making questionable decision after questionable decision with regards to the product's future and roadmap. Poor compensation when compared to similar positions at other companies.
