Location is close to home

Cons

Management is poor and doesn’t know how to address/handle things. Literally like we are in HS again. HR doesn’t take the serious things seriously and takes the little things too seriously. Expect more and more work but no sort of compensation/appreciation for it (pay raise or promotions)
