everything else. Management is a mess. Owner has his hands in to many pies. No room for growth unless favored by a manger or higher. Focus on Numbers.

there is no work-life balance and the directors are really condescending & rude, and will berate you to your face with no repercussions (if you don’t like it you can quit)

Exceptionally good working atmosphere. Any feedback is highly valued and appreciated. Management are good at keeping everyone motivated and on-task. Excellent pay scale. Best if you are a good and fast worker.

Cons

If you need a lot of handholding you might struggle at this company.
