Decent salary, flexibility with hours and time off, lots of excellent colleagues

Cons

excruciatingly high turnover, upper management has recently been gutted in an attempt to restructure, however many of those that were fired were of great quality, a large portion of other staff has recently pursued other job opportunities. No growth available does not promote from within, simply a sinking ship. 3% 401K match which is below industry standard, no tuition reimbursement, no opportunities for movement.

Your day goes by fast and there is occasional overtime which helps

Cons

They change things all the time and management never knows why they are doing. There is no communication on what is going on, which leaves you clueless in your daily job functions. The pay is low and there are no job performance raises. Turn over rate is horrible.
