Nice coworkers. You can learn as much as time lets you.

Cons

Very High employee turn over rate. Compounders are required to work on weekends even though this isnt said in the interview. No 401K matching No Bonus No raises No good Benefits EXPENSIVE medical plan Management is unwise, do not make good decisions. Dont know how to deal with employees and end up leaving.
