Management doesn't listen to workers, they whittle away and little benefits that made the company separate from others. We no longer manage from the floor and the bean counters run the company into the ground. The word of new people is taken before any of the veterans word no matter what. New people are more concerned with when their break is instead on concentrating on doing a good job and learning even though they get their breaks.

To many stupid program to try make you lose focus on your job. To many hoops to jump through. There is always something that management can use as an excuse to cut you down. No way to please them. They don't have a Handel on how to help people develop.
