      -(almost) always looking for workers, they'll hire anybody -onsite gym, medical facilities, cafeteria

      Cons

      -mandatory overtime (48-60 hrs/wk) for full-time employees -constantly raising stakes, more work with less workers -poor labor planning, division

      12 hour shifts, low advancement, mainly Hispanics, no help with personal issues unless your there over a year, and more.
