Pros

show up for work You got a job

Cons

I don't see no future here anymore. Everything has been taken away even 401k. they no longer match weekly but wait to make a decision at end of year if they are and how much. I don't see no $ being invested in the employees via raises, benefits, etc. They raise the starting pay 3$ for new and that's still the lowest in the area for factories, but operators get 30 cents for the wage compression excuse.

Pros

Some employees stuck in the same sinking boat as you..

Cons

Bleed Quad 24/7/365 brutal night shifts, forced overtime.. some managers are "punks" that wouldn't make it anywhere else.
