You can work as much overtime as you want

Cons

You need to work as much overtime as possible because the pay is subpar Upper managment knows nothing about the work they supervise New ideas constantly come from upper managment even though they are baseless and cause endless problems Drug addiction is accepted and ignored in the workplace creating hazardous conditions
