Pros

There are plenty of hours available if you like to work overtime. There is a lot of short-term advancement if you have good attendance and are a good worker that can learn.

Cons

The work schedule is terrible. You have to work nights and weekends for 12 hour shifts. You can be scheduled for holidays and be called off at the last minute. It is very hard work in a very difficult work environment.

Good benefit package. Room for advancement if willing to relocate. Clean workplace. Uniforms for everyone. Management promoted from within Quad.

Cons

Downsizing to match workload keeps the workforce uncertain of future employment. Small paychecks due to not enough work was/is common.
