Pros
Training, experienced employees, dont think i can even find the twenty words required to fill this category, i'm not saying it was a bad place to work but.......
Cons
work life balance, did not rotate day and night shifts, night shifts received no shift differential, worked nights all 27 years not even a thank you, to be fair most of those years we were under the Vertis banner. Plant never spent any time on night shifts , had no idea what was going on only knew what he was told i mean maybe he came on the floor during night shift 6 or 7 times in all my years there.
