      Pros

      Honestly, can't come up with any. Need a paycheck? Job by itself is OK - everything else below average. Lots of OT opportunities.

      Cons

      Too much reliance of temporary workers - very frustrating to train new people every day. Those that are worth something realize what's going on and disappear - find better jobs. Those that can't cut it anywhere else, stick around because someone will do their job for them anyways. In the meantime, mgmt pats itself on the back.

      Good work life balance Good job growth Quad Med right by Sussex facility Day care in campus

      Cons

      Uniform - not only have to wear uniform, we need to pay for it ourselves. Pay can be better HR gets to employee's special situation when they get to it - no matter how urgent or important
