Top leadership pushing pro-diversity, evidence-based healthcare, transparency, and it's clear that the CEO actually cares and is doing the best he can to do the right thing.

Cons

Large manufacturing company headquartered in the rural midwest: there's a majority base of not-so-progressive thinking folks, both in leadership positions and in non-leadership positions.

Generally standard 8-5 work, occasional overtime.

Cons

Boise team specific: -Micromanaging and extreme blame culture from leadership -Little to no training -Little to no growth opportunity -Below average pay for industry -Management struggles to acknowledge their own mistakes -I received contradicting feedback from layers of leadership (manager and director for example) -I also had some situations when after following directions of a manager or receiving approval from manager a client was unhappy, managers would throw me under the bus rather than take responsibility. That was pretty discouraging
