Pros
My colleagues were great to work with and to have a happy hour with. Work Life balance was ok depending on your job title. Can be a good company for recent college grads depending on your background. I'd suggest joining their Corporate Trainee program.
Cons
Management and Senior Leadership wear gold name tags to ensure you know you're talking to management, You are required to wear their Quad blue uniforms. Absolute garbage pay/merit increases (if any). High turn over rate, zero self promotion. They rotate managers to different manager positions and never bring anyone up that has experience. Zero accountability with leadership. At my time of employment they discontinued the continuing education benefit to employees, but depending on who you know at the org you can still get this as an option.
