Pros

None. I worked there for almost 7 years, all they did was take things away from the employees in my time there. Absolutely nothing positive to say.

Cons

Literally. Every. Single. Thing. Filthy work, doesn't matter how hard you work unless you're friends or related to the managers. They are CONSTANTLY taking benefits away from their production employees. 401k match is a joke IF you get one. Good luck getting a raise, I didn't get one for the first 2 1/2 years I worked there. You can learn everything and be great at your job, even if your managers say you're a great employee and you work hard it's sorry the company didn't do great this year no raises. But the CEO and Vice Presidents always get their multi-million dollar bonuses. Their insurance is a joke, at my new company my deductible is less than a third of what is was at quad, my 401k match is double, and I get paid sick leave.

Pros

People were nice at first until you realize the Truth

Cons

I took the chance to see how Quad would work out for me even though I read on here how bad it is but still I ignored the bad reviews and took my chance. Well my first week at Quad was decent, nice people, helped me to learn what I have to do and what needs to get done, communicated with me very well, managers were really nice but when it came my second week. I decided to tell my manager I am done and goodbye and walked out of there. I did that for these reasons, for one. What company that is struggling to get people in the door makes new hires do 5 books, take two tests that are 60 question each to and must have done before your 60 day review before you get your new hire raise, I can understand the performance and attendance to help you get a raise but do 5 books and take 2 tests before you get a raise that is Bull. The type of work there is not rocket science, I am going to college for computer aided designing and from Quad and what my school work demands, I use more of my brain on my school work then at Quad. Putting lifts of books on skids and paper rolls in a press doesn't take much thought process. All what Quad is doing is turning away new people. 2nd I keep hearing that Quad is going to either 14 or 16 hr full time shifts that is ridiculous and insane, what is Quad managers looking for slaves that shall obey and do what Quad says? That is not right for all those that continue to attend work at Quad, to me that is basically saying give up your life and your family and serve Quad Only. 3rd, When you make a mistake things come flying at you or your are treated like most worst person alive. No wonder I read on here that people end up taking their life, these people make you do it, they make you go insane but I guess that is Quad for you. I do hope all who read this do become enlighten and turn away from this reckless insane house. You can find better, do it for yourself and your family.
