Pros

The people I directly worked with were great.

Cons

No sick time. zero. Zilch. You don't work, you don't get paid. You leave early it is called an occurrence-- 3 of these equals termination. No vacation time for a year even though if you read the handbook you are supposed to accrue hours for vacation-- no one seems to be notified of this by hr however. Controlling manager who seemed to revel in watching everyone coming in or out to make sure they were on time to the second. He was very creepy. When I spoke to the exiting HR representative who was remote, she told me her manager let them take time off, etc with no retribution other than not getting paid for the day. She also told me the strict rules were basically for production workers who worked 3-4 12- hr shifts at a time. Maybe have separate rules then, perhaps? Management should treat all office staff that way. I saw favoritism a lot. Overtime was starting to become mandatory, not optional as I was told when hired. Management was pressuring me and that starting making me ill. No one should have to work 12 hr days every day m-f, which was happening at my location. Sweat shop mentality. I also think some workforce laws were being violated. You shouldn't work people to death, I just couldn't get over that. I left before 2 months were up.
