      The benefits were pretty good.

      Cons

      You are a number, not a person. They push a rah rah atmosphere, but it is BS. They will cut entire facilities in a heartbeat. Ours was cut right before Thanksgiving.

      Pros

      The plant people are good to work for

      Cons

      They make you pay for your insurance, they dont give you a choice. To reject their insurance you have to provide proof you already have it. Its dirty as hell and you dont get overtime till they need you then youll work 3 or 4 weeks straight.

      Pros

      It is 12 hr shifts. That means you have 3 and 4 days off every week. Besides your vacation, you can "trade" a day of your regularly scheduled week with another employee if you need a day off. Make it to work, do your job, you get raises.

      Cons

      Its 12 hour shifts, some people cant do it. It is a "good ol boys" club. About every 4 months, you switch from days to nights or vice versa. You also work on the first half of the week or the 2nd half for about 8 weeks and then switch.
