      Pros

      When I started it was a great place to work. The pay was decent and there was a lot of room to grow. Everything was state of the art. They had a good company culture and it was a fun place to work.

      Cons

      After the owner (original founder) of the company died, it started to gradually go downhill. The original values that the company was founded on seemed to go by the wayside. Employees seemed to be expendable and benefits were being taken away little by little. Salaries/raises became stagnant as well as the attitudes of management. When it came to cutting costs the company would take more and more from the employees.

      Weekly paycheck, it's a job.

      Cons

      Every thing else. 12 hour shifts, understaffed in every dept., broken equipment takes months to get fixed, if ever, pay the same out of pocket for bennies as facilities with Quadmeds, even though we don't have the Quadmed we were promised years ago, Joel and his cronies lie to everyone, I could keep going, but it doesn't matter. We have a pool on which plant is going to close next.
