The trainee program helps individuals rotate through different areas in the company to learn the business as a whole. This allows you to see what you like and don't like, and what you're good at. Management also seems to listen when you make requests as to what you'd like to see or do while in the program.

Cons

Quad is not known for being the highest paying company, but you can still earn a good living. There can also be some disorganization and miscommunication at times. Overall, Quad is a good company to work for.
