Pros

Truly great co-workers and flexible hours

Cons

too many to list…but here are some DECENT raises do not happen No opportunities to advance Automating everything {will probably automate themselves right out of business} Low wages when compared to other companies in area Lack of decisiveness from executive management Executive management out of touch with employees and clients (too many chiefs also) Feels like every other week we got an email explaining why they had to shut down another plant

Pros

12 hour shifts allow for fewer days at work, good starting pay

Cons

work with a lot of criminals, most have very low levels of education, the veteran employees just care about getting the job done and going home they don't really care if you learn anything or get better because there is high turnover so they know someone new will be there next week.

A company at a crossroads

Pros

The talent is the smartest and best in the industry. Quad has market leadership in select verticals. A handful of executives are trying to do the right thing (but their is a culture of fear within the management team to not make waves).

Cons

Executive team is "old-boys club" who doesn't groom young talent and are divesting / liquidating the company in the form of dividends and write-offs. Each sales division competes with one another. Production goals compete with sales goals. Executive management is out of touch with their employees and their clients (and worse, they think that they are connected with their clients and employees). Corporate culture (which used to be very strong many years ago) is at an all time low.
