      You get the opportunity to do on the job training and they streamlined career advancement in most of the various departments.

      Cons

      Don't always feel like you're part of a team or have consistent leadership, sense of direction, or support on a day to day basis.

      Pros

      Great insurance, company picnics & holiday parties, 401k match, lots of overtime during busy season. Gym, clinic & cafeteria on site.

      Cons

      Poor management, pay isn't good enough for the work, standing for 10-12 hours. Barely any hours or no hours at all during off season. Huge turnover rate
