Pros

If you want overtime, there is a lot of overtime available. Company does offer different ways to advance with in the company. Good selection of food and drinks in the cafe.

Cons

Extreme temperatures and noise levels. Always getting dirty. Breaks are not good. Pay is not worth the mount of work required. Work a 12 hour swing shift. 20 minute meal break and two 10 minute breaks.
