      Pros

      I have worked with a great set of people throughout my time at Quad. I had never pictured myself working in the print industry and am thankful for the opportunity presented by Quad/Graphics.

      Cons

      The company has been in what has felt like a constant state of transition during the 5 years that I have worked with them. Change is always occurring in the workplace. While some change is welcomed, a great deal of it interferes with the day to day activities.
