The Atglen plant is like family you even fight with each other like family; but we all make up in the end:)
Cons
Its a company that buys smaller companies and then puts a lot of long time employees out of work. The company as a whole is a company with no soul. Displacing a lot of people. they like to boast about all the new employees and growth it has but when you look at the bigger picture they put more people out of job than they make. A man came in from their corporate office, he likes to call himself the grim reaper and boasted about how he has gotten to close 62 plant that Quad has purchased in the last 5 years. Then the CEO is here the next day telling us that we are soon to be added to that number and we will soon find ourselves jobless and we should take his good advice and start budgeting are money now because most of us will be out of a job in less then a month. in that same breath he also bragged about his vacation home and how he'd be fine and golfing there right around the same time we would be done here. it is hard to watch grown men cry because they're not sure how they're going to pay the mortgage next month or feed their kids. when asked why we couldn't have more of a notice they said its nothing personal its just business.
