      Pros

      They pay well if your willing to destroy your body and mind in the process!!

      Cons

      The work is repetitive in most positions,which can have a nasty effect on most peoples bodies. The pace is never fast enough, the staffing is as little as possible to get the most out of the employee. Which can have a nasty effect on your body. They automate to save money then pull staff to make the job just as hard or harder. The management is argumentative and pushy making the work environment very hostile. Management TRUSTS (0) security is ridiculous. The company went public took the current employees retirement funds who had company stock before going public and decimated there accounts.

      Pros

      I work in a great department, idea sharing, team environment, all helping each other.

      Cons

      Favoritism among managers, no real plan to be profitable except job cuts. Took away 401K, fitness, uniform/shoe benefit, and more. Upper crust doesn't care about the workers who produce, they just care about having nice cars, boats and planes! No raises in a couple of years.
