Pros

If you only want a paycheck then this is the life for you. There is no other pro to even work at this terrible company.

Cons

Print is dead. Get out while you still can. Stock prices have plummeted since going public. The worst unsafe working conditions you could possibly imagine in the stuckart press room.

Pros

I had some wonderful co-workers

Cons

Just about everything is terrible. The pay is minimal, the work load is unbearable. The stress is constant. The company keeps making cutbacks: no longer matching 401k's, eliminated the family Christmas party, no more tuition reimbursement, wage-freeze just put into effect for the next 2 years. It's almost comical how bad it has become.

Sad end to what used to be a great company

Pros

Had a great team in the office I worked in. We were like family, but it's not like that throughout the company.

Cons

Since becoming public the culture that used to be present, is non existent. Company doesn't seem to care at all about the values they state they do. You can easily work a 50 hour week with no compensation or a thank you. Very little advancement pops unless you want to move to Wisconsin.
