      Pros

      The culture is amazing! Everyone is so nice and so willing to help each other. I've had many meetings with executives solely because I had questions. You just don't see that at any other company. Being a part of the corporate trainee program has been the best thing to happen to my professional career. I've learned so much about what types of roles I like and which one's I don't. I've grown not only professionally but personally too. It's the most unique program out there and I couldn't be happier with my decision.

      Pros

      Puts paper rolls into press so press can run its specific task for that paper and collects data for supervisors for that paper, strip weight core weight damage etc

      Cons

      Long Days/nights, schedule constantly is changing can’t ever maintain sleep schedule, bad training, health risks, not much team effort between shift your on let alone between all shifts
